China Special 1 ( capital mayhem)


There is always 1 thing to do when travelling to Peking. Thats to eat something that has been literally named after the city itself. We have heard of portugese pork chop baked rice...but never, has a capital city been bestowed with the ultimate honor to be a fantastic dish's name. Anyway..Peking duck in Peking is different from that in Singapore. WHY?! coz the meat goes with the skin, unlike in Singapore, where, theres only skin. This style gave a much meatier taste than eating the crispy skin. Nonetheless, every bite you take, you could taste the juicyness of the duck meat AND the crispyness of the skin. Fantastic and Oily but perfect for cold weather. well. basically, the duck did not have a pleasent time before going under the knife but lets leave that 1 side and enjoy this wonder dish....
